Looks good, congrats! Since Al brought it up, I have to say the first thing I noticed was the trees so close to the house. Trees and tree roots so close can cause a lot of problems, so keep a close eye on them, and as I can testify to, keep the rain gutters clean. Best of luck, I'm sure you'll enjoy having your own place.
