Stepping into my appointment with Jenna was the best thing after a long day at work. She was very easy to get along with, I felt comfortable the whole time, it felt like I was catching up with one of my friends I had known for a long time while receiving treatment. Cannot recommend Preferred Rehab enough - thanks again!

Great rehab; had difficulty with neck and shoulders. The team I have brought back the mobility that had been missing for years. It was so bad I was having problems driving, having difficulty checking the blind spots. I'm extremely happy with the results. Thanks, guys, you're the best. Jean Montague.

Such a great place to receive physiotherapy treatment. The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs and preferences. I appreciate the efficiency – as soon as you enter the office, they recognize who you are and who you are booked with. They promptly check you in, and there's no long wait. They employ various techniques to ensure that your issues are addressed effectively. The secretary is excellent at scheduling, sending email reminders so you don't forget about appointments and informing you about your assigned physiotherapist. They always find a suitable time that works for you, which is especially valuable for full-time employees due to their flexibility.I am grateful for the work Jaimik has done for me. He even sent the necessary information to my family doctor regarding the treatments I need. My experience with my physiotherapist has been truly exceptional.

First time for service, very impressed. Bright new building, clean. Reception, Rowina, was pleasant and very helpful. My therapist, John and Chelsea were very thorough, attentive to detail and informative to their findings and what the plan going forward will be. Looking forward to working with them to get back to moving comfortably again.

My experience at my preferred rehab center was truly exceptional. The staff, including Rowena at the front desk and Jaimik, the physiotherapist, played a crucial role in my rehabilitation journey. Rowena's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and Jaimik's expertise in addressing my plantar fasciitis pain and trigger points was remarkable. The facility itself was well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring I had access to the best resources for my recovery.Impressed by the care I received, I referred several friends to this rehab center, and they, too, have had positive experiences. This reaffirmed my confidence in the center's high standard of care.In summary, my experience, along with my friends' success stories, highlights the exceptional quality of care provided by this rehab center. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of rehabilitation and physiotherapy. With an amazing staff and a commitment to excellence, it's a place where you can trust in your journey toward recovery and well-being.

Jenna is a fantastic RMT! She takes the time to listen to your history of symptoms and targets the areas appropriately. She is great with prenatal massage and has a bolster to let pregnant individuals lay on their fronts with the cut out for the growing belly. My pain and tension was much reduced after our session. I highly recommend booking with her!

The physiotherapists, Kate, John, and Jaimik provide the best care as well. Everyone works as a team and you can see the passion they have for their work! Some of the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met.

I've been working as a personal trainer since 2011 and have a solid understanding of fitness and corrective exercise. My experience at Preferred Rehab exceeded my expectations. Kate and Chelsea played a pivotal role in my recovery journey. Initially, I was experiencing weakness in my hands, and both my doctor and the first physio therapist suspected carpal tunnel. However, Kate and Chelsea skillfully diagnosed the issue as an impinged nerve in my back. Over the course of a month, they diligently worked with me, and I'm thrilled to say that they successfully resolved the problem. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to return to my training routine comfortably. Their professionalism and accurate diagnosis truly made a difference. I highly recommend Preferred Rehab for their exceptional care and knowledge.

So I've come to see Kate & Chelsea for while now and for different injuries / prevention. I honestly could not recommend this location enough!! They're some of THE most knowledgeable and informed, kind, compassionate practitioners I've ever met (and as a former athlete, I've been to many different locations for physio) and I love how they listen and support. They use many different treatments and techniques, and they are always willing to explain what they're doing or explore other options you may want.Jenna is also a phenomenal massage therapist - she can EASILY find any knot or sore spots and expertly works on them at your comfort level. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming (shoutout to Rowena!) and coming here is honestly just a relaxing part of my day. I'm confident that anyone who walks into this establishment is and will be well taken care of.If you're looking for a good experience from an all-round great staff team, this is the place!!

First time here and the assessment and treatment were excellent. Took a detailed history to understand how the issue developed. Then did a great physical identifying and working on area of concern together with 'home work' to help improve the issue. Look forward to my next appt.Several weeks on and the team have changed my life! That may sound dramatic but issues with my back had me unable to do simple things like walk round the block! This team are amazing cannot speak highly enough of their service and the way they care and desire to improve life for those who need them.Update: Had John Abellanida for Physio who is new to me and Craig for Chiro. Both amazing felt sooo good when I came out. Excellent practice cannot rate them highly enough.

I have been to a number of physiotherapists in town and they were all good. I found Kate especially exceptional in her expertise and professionalism which made her stand out among others. Kate was also very thorough and personable so that I felt comfortable sharing my health-related goals and concerns. I felt listened to and cared for, as she was checking my muscles and joints for proper diagnoses and root causes. I would highly recommend Kate!
